Our Return Policy

We're now offering full refunds for returns!

All returns must be unworn and unwashed, and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Please include your original sales receipt and all order information so we can process your return promptly and correctly.

You asked, we listened.

Now we offer full refunds with pre-paid labels to drop off at the post office! We hope our new Return Portal and the changes to our policy make your shopping experience so much more simple and stress-free!


When returning, you get to choose how you want to return, by getting a full refund, starting an exchange, or getting store credit with rewards!

SWIM: All swimwear must have the sanitary strip still in place, or the item will not be eligible for return. 


SHOES: All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Please do not put postage stickers directly on the original shoebox. 


SALE ITEMS: All purchases marked "sale" are final sale. No exceptions will be made. This includes items purchased during a flash sale.


 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. Please keep your tracking information. In-person returns will not be accepted.


Items returned that do not adhere to this policy will be returned to sender and no credit will be issued.  


DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement or resolution. 


SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Depending on your proximity to Utah, your order will arrive in 1-4 business days via USPS. Once your package is scanned in to the USPS system, you will receive an email with tracking information.  


LOST/STOLEN MAIL: Sometimes mail gets misrouted but most often, USPS sorts through the situation. If your tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, please contact us. We will do our best to help you locate your package. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered," The Stockplace is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.
 

ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK: Orders placed via the new Instagram + Facebook Checkout feature are eligible for a refund up to 30 days after being placed. All other return policies as seen above apply.
