App orders: If you placed an order in the app please use the five digit order number that can be found on the order slip inside your package. When initiating a return from your in app purchase do not use the three digit order number found in the app. If you have any questions or cannot find your five digit order number, please email us at hello@stockplace.com. 

 

 

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  All returns must be unworn/unwashed and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Please include your original sales receipt and all order information so we can process your store credit code promptly and correctly. Please see the returns address at the bottom of the page.

SWIM: All swimwear must have the sanitary strip still in place, or the item will not be eligible for return. 

SHOES: All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Please do not put postage stickers directly on the original shoebox. 

SALE ITEMS: All purchases marked "sale" are final sale. No exceptions will be made. This includes items purchased during a flash sale. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. Please keep your tracking information. In-person returns will not be accepted.

Items returned that do not adhere to this policy will be returned to sender and no credit will be issued.  

DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement or resolution. 

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Depending on your proximity to Utah, your order will arrive in 1-4 business days via USPS. Once your package is scanned in to the USPS system, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

LOST/STOLEN MAIL: Sometimes mail gets misrouted but most often, USPS sorts through the situation. If your tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, please contact us. We will do our best to help you locate your package. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered," The Stockplace is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  

ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK: Orders placed via the new Instagram + Facebook Checkout feature are eligible for a refund up to 30 days after being placed. All other return policies as seen above apply.

How Returns Work

All returns must be unworn and unwashed, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please include your original sales receipt and all order information so we can process your return promptly and correctly.

We offer pre-paid shipping labels to conveniently drop at your post office. By selecting Redo at checkout, your return label will be free. If it is not selected, the cost of the label will be deducted from your return amount.

You may be eligible for a percentage of a refund or full refund depending on the severity of damage and wearability. If the item was washed and shrunk, we are not responsible.

FAQs

What is the return window?

Within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to return, you must submit a return request. Once approved, quickly send it back to receive your refund/exchange.

How long does it take for my return to process?

When you request, it will take 1-5 days for approval. Once we receive your return, allow up to 14 days for it to be fully processed.

Can I get a refund for an order I paid with store credit?

No, you can only exchange or be re-issued store credit.

What counts as a damaged item?

An item with major defects that make it unwearable, like being drastically damaged or stained. The following do not count as damage: a loose string, wrinkles, shrinking after washing.

I'm trying to use a gift card on the app, but it's not working.
