For purchases placed as of July 20th, returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  All returns must be unworn/unwashed and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.  Please include your original sales receipt or all order information so we can process your store credit code promptly and correctly.  Please see the returns address at the bottom of the page.

SWIM: All swimwear must have the sanitary strip still in place, or the item will not be eligible for return. 

SHOES: All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.  Please do not put postage stickers directly on the original shoebox. 

SALE ITEMS: All purchases marked "sale" are final sale.  No exceptions will be made. This includes items purchased during a flash sale. 

EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item.  Sizes sell quickly, so this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct size. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. Please keep your tracking information.

Items returned that do not adhere to this policy will be returned to sender and no refund will be made.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Because of the added expense and time it takes to ship internationally, all international orders are final.

DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days.  Depending on your proximity to Utah, your order will arrive in 1-4 business days via USPS. Once your package is scanned in to the USPS system, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

LOST/STOLEN MAIL: Sometimes mail gets misrouted but most often, USPS sorts through the situation.  If your tracking information doesn't get updated for several days, please contact us.  We will file a claim with USPS and do our best to help you locate your package. Once your tracking information indicates "Delivered," The Stockplace is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  

ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK: Orders placed via the new Instagram + Facebook Checkout feature are eligible for STORE CREDIT up to 30 days after being placed. All other return policies as seen above apply.
