A great knee length dress is hard to come by. This one is a gorgeous and block printed dress with puff sleeves and ruffles on the cuffs. It also features an elastic waist, button down front of beautiful shell buttons and a pleated bottom. This beautiful dress was hand block printed in India by traditional artisans.
